Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.

If your cancellation is eligible, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders That Have Already Been Dispatched

Once an order is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may return the product after delivery, following the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to Orders

Currently, we cannot accommodate changes to items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If you need adjustments, the order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order should be submitted.
